Glass Types
A mirror is not just a mirror! There are plain mirrors through to mirrors aged and distressed to mimic the ravages of time, there are different thicknesses of mirror and there are different edges, clean cut, polished or bevelled.

Bevel Mirror
Most mirrors, whether plain or antique, can be supplied bevelled. Bevels normally range between 6mm and 35mm wide, the angle being more pronounced the thicker the glass.
Antique Glass
The glass illustrated is the standard antique finish. There is variation over each piece, but the overall effect is not too heavy.
Heavy Antique Glass
Starting from the standard antique glass, the degree of antiquing can be intensified until there is virtually no silver left.
Distressed Heavy Antique Glass
In addition to the degree of antiquing, it is posible to distress the outer edges of the glass to replicate water or atmospheric damage.
Distressed Heavy Antique Multi-pane

Black Glass
For use in conjunction with or just on frames. The glass can be coloured as required.
Polished Edge
Where the edges of the glass can be seen, but a bevel is not required, polishing gives the glass a clean sharp finish.
